Lost Property Procedure
- Lost property will be logged and then stored onsite for 2 weeks.
- Valuable items such as phones, wallets, watches, jewellery, cash, credit cards, I.D. cards, keys will be stored in the safe.
- For Health and Safety purposes, the following items will be disposed of within 24 hours:
- Beauty and body cleaning products e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soap deodorants
- Food / Containers
- Drink Bottles
- Underwear and socks
- General items not collected within 2 weeks will be donated to a selected charity.
- Valuable items stored in the safe will be sent to local police once a month.
- At the time of collection, the City may require identification and evidence of ownership.
