Friend Referral Form

During the Promotion Period, where an existing Swan Active member refers a friend who signs up to an ongoing Swan Active membership, both the referring member and the new member will be entitled to receive their fifth month of membership free, provided that both members maintain an active, paid membership through to the conclusion of their four‑month membership anniversary.
