  By sending this form, I accept the following terms and conditions:
  • This promotion entitles a participant to one free session in either a Kindy program or Junior Coaching program (age appropriate).
  • This promotion entitles a participant to one free session only, regardless of the number of different options offered i.e. a Kindy Gym or a Kindy Sports session or one of the Junior Coaching sports offered.
  • A participant may take up this offer at either Swan Active Beechboro or Ellenbrook Sports Hub but not both.
  • Participants must meet specified age eligibility.
  • Following the free session, a participant enrolling into the program is not eligible to a once off casual entry and must enrol into the remainder of the term at a pro-rata rate.
  • This offer is open to new participants who have not been enrolled into a program within the same group in the last 6 months e.g. previously enrolled into a Kindy program and wanting to attend a free Kindy session or previously enrolled into a Junior coaching program and wanting to attend a Junior Coaching session.
  • A participant who has been enrolled in a Kindy program in the last 6 months is eligible to trial a Junior Coaching session assuming they meet required age criteria.
  • The offer will close Friday, December 15, 2023.
  • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied in the centre by an adult at all times; this includes through the duration of the class.
  • All Kindy Gym classes require the active supervision of a guardian per participant, for the duration of the session.
  • While all efforts are made to ensure the safety of users, City of Swan takes no responsibility for injury to person or damage, or loss of property.
  • Centre Conditions of Entry apply to all users.
