- Bookings are to be be completed online using the provided booking form.
- Parties must be paid for in full within three days of confirming your booking.
- Booked party dates may be changed provided there is availability and more than two weeks’ notice is given. Refunds cannot be given once a party has been booked and paid for.
- The Party Hub needs be cleaned in accordance to the provided cleaning check list with in the allocated part times
- The Party Hub needs to be exited promptly at the conclusion of your party in order for the next booking. A $50 penalty may apply for every 30 minutes over time.
- There is strictly NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL permitted in any part of the venue at any time
- Wall decorations, party sprinkles, confetti, streamers, and party poppers or use of sticky tape/blue tack on the walls at the Party Hub is not permitted
- Children must be stage 4 or above in swimming lessons or between the ages of 6-12 to use the giant pool inflatable
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under 5 years must swim with an adult and be within arms reach at all times
- A guest list needs to be provided prior to your pool birthday party and all guests must check in at front reception to receive a wristband.

- Additional spectator fee of $2.60 applies to spectators over 4 (ultimate pool party)
- Children must be stage 4 or above in swimming lessons or between the ages of 6-12 to use the giant pool inflatable, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- All party guests should check in at front reception on arrival.
