Combining breathing practices, asanas, couple of advance asanas and mindfulness, this class helps to increase flexibility, strength, clarity, focus and balance also help to calm down mind.
Seated, standing, and supine postures are utilised and often connected with breath to create a gentle flow in the practice. Class is finished by a guided Meditation
