The second Women’s Only Aquatic trial program has just concluded and here are the reflections on how it all went.

The benefits for community and positivity of this program have been fantastic to be a part of. The ladies have loved learning swimming techniques, safety skills and making new friendships along the way.

Some of the ladies now have the confidence to join their children in the water, instead of sitting on the sidelines, so their children are really happy mum is now enjoying the water to.

We, as Swan Active staff have been able to have the pleasure of listening to some of the heartfelt feedback from these beautiful ladies.

Overall, the experience of having the program run at Swan Active and to see the benefits for our community, has been such a pleasure. We have been able to provide the opportunity for a diverse group of ladies, being able to enjoy the experience of learning how to swim, in a safe and comfortable environment.”
