Terms and Conditions
- This promotion entitles the “new member” to receive a 30 day membership for use of all membership options.
- The total cost of the membership is $30. This must be paid in full prior to the membership being activated.
- The 30 day membership can only be purchased during the 1st February to 28th February 2019.
- The membership is not transferable and must be used over 30 consecutive days. The 30 day period starts at the date of purchase.
- A “new member” is a patron who has not previously held a membership at the centre. Or has not held a membership at the centre within the last 4 months.
- A patron is only entitled to one 30 Day Promotional Membership.
- Seniors must pay full price for this promotion. They are not entitled to 50% discount.
- The sauna is only available at Swan Active Midland (Not Beechboro or Ballajura).
- The Pool/Spa and Aqua Fitness Class membership options are the only options available at Swan Active Ballajura.
- All patrons must complete a membership form to be eligible for the 30 day membership.
- All 30 day members must complete a pre-exercise screening form to determine if they need to undergo an in-house health assessment, prior to using the facilities.
- All non-promotional terms and conditions also apply to this membership.
